Refund policy

Return Policy
We only allow returns on products that were damaged during shipping. We will require a picture of the damaged package as well as the product. We have a 10-day return policy on damaged items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item was a special order or a personalized item, we will do our best to remake the item in a timely manner. Some materials may need to be reordered which may delay the item from being reshipped in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the pictures of the damages to your item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shaunaddesigns@gmail.com.

Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right as soon as possible.
